BREAST CANCER TREATMENT

I just heard about this evaluation treatment.  More African American women diagnosed with breast cancer should also know about this.  In my case, the original chemo treatment had no effect on the tumor.

Am I Eligible for the Test?

The Oncotype DX^® test for patients with DCIS is a diagnostic test performed after your original breast cancer surgery. Like other laboratory tests, it must be ordered by an authorized healthcare provider. You may use the checklist below to help determine if you are a potential candidate for the Oncotype DX test for patients with DCIS.
